Cult director Jess Franco (VAMPYROS LESBOS, LOVE LETTERS OF A PORTUGUESE NUN) has been the prolific force behind many of the better B-movie efforts to be released since the early 60s. During this time, he garnered the supreme honor, along with Luis Bunuel, of being deemed one of the most dangerous filmmakers by the Catholic Church.
